The Titanium Heater leverages the outstanding corrosion resistance of commercially pure titanium (Grade 1/Grade 2) and titanium alloys to provide durable heating solutions for highly aggressive chemical environments. Impervious to chloride-induced pitting, seawater corrosion, and attack from most acids, alkalis, and halide solutions, titanium heaters are the material of choice for seawater desalination plants, electroplating baths (especially chrome and nickel plating), chlor-alkali production, aquarium heating, marine HVAC systems, and chemical processing involving hydrochloric or sulfuric acid media.
Typical Specifications: Power: 1kW–100kW; Titanium grade: Gr1/Gr2/Gr7/Gr12; Max temp: up to 600°C; Corrosion resistance: Excellent against seawater, chlorides, hypochlorite, oxidizing acids; Forms: Immersion, flanged, tubular.
