The Pipeline Heater (also known as inline heater or circulation pipe heater) provides efficient, continuous heating of flowing fluids — including oils, gases, water, steam, and chemical media — as they pass through pressurized piping systems. Constructed with a thick-walled pressure vessel housing multiple heating elements, it ensures uniform fluid temperature at the outlet without hot spots or coking. Critical applications include crude oil pipeline tracing, natural gas preheating before pressure reduction valves, superheated steam generation, molten sulfur heating, and chemical process stream temperature maintenance.
Typical Specifications: Flow rate: 0.5–100 m³/h; Heating power: 5kW–500kW; Design pressure: up to 250 bar; Design temp: up to 650°C; Vessel material: SS304/SS316/CS; Connection: Flanged (ANSI/DIN); Control: PID with inlet/outlet thermocouples.
