The Frame-Type Duct Heater is a modular, heavy-duty air heating unit constructed with a rigid frame housing banks of finned tubular elements. Unlike standard duct heaters that mount directly against duct walls, the frame design allows the entire heating module to be withdrawn for inspection, cleaning, or element replacement without entering the ductwork. This makes it ideal for large-scale HVAC systems in pharmaceutical plants, data centers, commercial complexes, and industrial facilities where maintenance access and uptime are critical concerns.
Typical Specifications: Power: 20kW–1000kW; Frame dimensions: Custom (to suit duct cross-section); Airflow: 5000–100000 m³/h; Pressure drop: 50–300 Pa; Control: SCR/Contactor staged control; Finish: Epoxy coated frame, SS elements.
