The Flanged Immersion Heater is a robust, heavy-duty heating solution designed for direct immersion in liquid tanks, vessels, and process containers. Mounted on ANSI/ASME standard flanges ranging from 3" to 24", these heaters feature multiple heating elements welded to a sturdy flange plate, providing reliable heat transfer for water, oil, chemical solutions, and corrosive fluids. Extensively used in industrial wash tanks, electroplating baths, oil storage tanks, chemical reactors, and boiler feedwater systems, the flanged design ensures leak-proof installation and straightforward element replacement.
