Product details
Product Introduction

The Cast Aluminum Heater embeds tubular heating elements directly into a precision-cast aluminum body, creating an integral heating unit with exceptional thermal conductivity and perfectly uniform surface temperature. The casting process ensures complete encapsulation of elements, eliminating air gaps and maximizing heat transfer efficiency. Ideal for applications requiring flat or contoured heating surfaces with even heat distribution — plastic extrusion dies, injection molding barrels, hot plates, sealing bars, packaging machines, and semiconductor wafer chucks. Available in standard shapes (plate, strip, ring) or custom-matched to your part geometry.

Typical Specifications: Power: 100W–15kW; Max surface temp: 350°C; Uniformity: ±5°C across surface; Casting alloy: ADC12/A380/Custom; Dimensions: Up to 800mm × 800mm; Mounting: Threaded holes, bolt patterns, or clamp-on.
