The Aluminum Finned Heater combines a stainless steel heating core with tightly bonded aluminum fins to create a lightweight yet highly effective air-heating solution. The aluminum fins provide exceptional thermal conductivity (up to 235 W/m·K), enabling rapid heat dissipation at lower operating temperatures compared to all-stainless designs. This results in longer element life and lower energy costs. Popular applications include air curtains, hand dryers, food dehydrators, environmental test chambers, and packaged air handling units where weight and response time matter.
